Please send this notice to: [email protected]
⚠️ Note: Under Section 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents material or activity as infringing may be held liable for damages. Do not file false claims.
🔁 We may forward your legal notice to the individual responsible for the allegedly infringing content.
To Submit a Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our Copyright Agent with the following:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and its location before it was removed.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or if outside the U.S., for any judicial district where we operate), and that you will accept service of process from the original complaining party or their agent.
Please send this counter-notice to: [email protected]
❗ Under Section 512(f), misrepresenting that content was removed by mistake may also result in liability.
Repeat Infringers
